In his article, “Office Refurbishments as an Investment Opportunity”, our CDO Norman Schaaf explains how targeted refurbishment strategies and securing planning permission can unlock significant value enhancement potential within existing office assets.
Using our Hamburg project, “Am Holstenwall”, as a case study, he demonstrates how lettable floor space was increased by 44% to 11,626 sqm, successfully repositioning an existing office property that had stood vacant for many years.
